Eligibility

Account Terms

  • No account required for open source downloads.
  • Paid services require creating an account at https://sql.studio/auth/signup.
  • Accounts must be created by humans; automated or bot accounts are prohibited.
  • A valid email and any other required information are necessary to sign up.
  • You are responsible for maintaining your account security. We are not liable for losses resulting from account misuse.
  • All activity under your account is your responsibility.
  • You may not use the Service for illegal purposes or violate applicable laws.
  • Users employed by a competing service may not create an account using business or personal emails.
  • All payments are handled by third-party processors, which may charge additional fees.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations.
  • Engage in fraud or malicious activity.
  • Harm or exploit minors, including exposing them to inappropriate content.

Payment Terms

  • Paid features require a valid license purchased via credit or debit card.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew monthly or annually.
  • Upgrading from free to paid services bills immediately.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Canceling prevents future charges but does not refund past payments.
  • Payments are non-refundable; no credits for partial months, upgrades/downgrades, or unused time.
  • Fees exclude applicable taxes, levies, or duties, which are your responsibility (excluding US federal and state taxes).
  • Downgrades may result in loss of content, features, or account capacity; we are not liable for such loss.

Cancellation and Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
  • Termination results in deactivation of your account and forfeiture of all content.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Modifications to Service and Prices

  • We may modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time.
  • Subscription prices may change with 30 days' notice via website or Service updates.

Intellectual Property

By downloading software or submitting your email, you agree to the terms of the applicable end user license agreement.
